2- Design Consultation:
The initial design consultation is about 2 hours +/- where Brian T. Stratton will intensively review the property and the
clients goals and characteristics. During this time, the following will occur:
~ Brian will give the client many ideas about how their property can be improved during a site walk.
~ Brian will ask the client what they envision, and he will identify their goals.
~ Brian will give a computer presentation showing relevant pictures of completed projects, materials, etc.
~ Brian will discuss the clients budget, phasing, and any timing considerations.
~ Brian will show the client examples of design drawings, and identify which type of design is necessary.
~ Based on the above, Brian will give the client a price for the design work necessary.

The fee for the Design Consultation is $ 250.00. This will be refunded if a design contract is awarded.
3- Design Services:
The fee for design services can vary greatly based upon the following factors.
~ The size of the area to be designed.
~ The type of design needed to satisfy the clients goals. (rough conceptual or detailed construction plan).
~ The style and level of detail the client is looking for.
~ The amount of site work and document preparation that is needed.
~ Any particular challenges that the site, client, or design presents.
~ Etc.
