1- Design Consultation:
The initial design consultation is about 2 hours +/- where Brian T. Stratton will intensively review the property and the
clients goals and characteristics. During this time, the following will occur:
~ Brian will give the client many ideas about how their property can be improved during a site walk.
~ Brian will ask the client what they envision, and he will identify their goals.
~ Brian will give a computer presentation showing relevant pictures of completed projects, materials, etc.
~ Brian will discuss the clients budget, phasing, and any timing considerations.
~ Brian will show the client examples of design drawings, and identify which type of design is necessary.
~ Based on the above, Brian will give the client a price for the design work necessary.

The fee for Design Services can range from approximately $ 500.00 - $ 5,000.00. This fee will be

The fee for project management services can vary greatly based upon the following factors.
~ The exact responsibilities and duties that Brian will perform.
~ The amount of time the responsibilities will require.
~ Which contractors/design professionals Brian will be working with.

~ Any particular challenges that the site, client, or design presents.

Typically, the fee for Project Management Services is given at an hourly rate that can range from
